The exterior definitely needs improvement, as it looks a bit sketchy!!! The hallways all reek of fresh cigarette smoke and the ice machine is rusted and almost falling apart. Room service left much to be desired with uncleaned garbage!!!

The staff were nice and polite, and the hotel is just a short stroll away from downtown st charles where you can explore cute shops and nice dining options, making it perfect for weekend wanderers like me. if you're a family looking for something fun, ferson creek park, only less than 3 km away, has great walking paths and activities for the kids to enjoy.
